EMU Tourism Faculty Offers Culinary Courses in Collaboration with EMU-CEC

After a period of 4 years, Culinary Workshops with Arzum are recommencing under the collaboration of the Eastern Mediterranean University Continuing Education Center (EMU-CEC) and EMU Tourism Faculty. Taking place in April with the slogan Let’s Cook and Eat Together, the courses will be offered by EMU Tourism Faculty, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Chefs. With an array of certificate programs and accreditations gained by its different programs and departments, EMU Tourism Faculty delivers high quality education with the support of professional and award winning chefs. Courses and certification programs offered by EMU Tourism Faculty with the concept of EMU CHEF will continue in collaboration with EMU-CEC.

Workshops in Professional Kitchens

Culinary Workshops with Arzum which will regularly take place between April and June will be offered in 3 to 4 hours and enable the integration of the university with the community. Registration to the courses which will offer different delicacies and combinations will be via EMU-CEC. The courses will take place in professional kitchens at EMU Tourism Faculty. Participants of the courses which will be comprised of 10 different workshops will receive different certificates depending on the number of courses they partake. After a period of 4 years, the courses will enable the members of the community to benefit from the accumulation of award-winning chefs.
