Convention on the Rights of the Child is a widely accepted document as human rights in the history. Universal Children’s Day takes place annually on 20 November.
Convention on the Rights of the Child ensure the same rights to all children regardless of their place of birth, gender, religion and ethnical identity.
According to the Convention on the Rights of the Child every human being under 18 years old is recognized as “child”.
Convention on the Rights of the Child protects children’s:
rights of life and development,
right of access to healthcare services,
right of access to qualified education,
right of protection from abuse and neglect,
right of freedom of thought,
right of protection from economic exploitation,
right of talking about their own issues,
right of play
right of special need children.
Four principles of this agreement are as follows:
guarding benefit of the child,
living and development.
