Deficit in Cyprus foreign trade at Euros 284 mn in September

Cyprus’ foreign trade registered a deficit of Euros 284 mn in the ninth month of the year, based on preliminary estimates.

The Statistical Service of Cyprus announced that on the basis of preliminary estimates for foreign trade of Cyprus in September 2016, total imports / arrivals were Euros 434,0 mn, of which Euros 284,8 mn were arrivals from other member states of EU and Euros 149,2 mn imports from third countries.

Total exports/dispatches were Euros 150,7 mn of which Euros 62,1 mn were dispatches to other member states of E.
