Defence Ministers of Cyprus, Greece and Israel meet on Friday to discuss regional security

Cypriot, Greek, Israeli Defence Ministers hold a trilateral meeting on Friday in the coastal town of Larnaka, to discuss regional security and cooperation.

The Ministers will be discussing in particular issues related to security in the Eastern Mediterranean and will examine scopes of cooperation such as joint exercises and educational activities of the National Guards of the three countries.

In the framework of the Ministerial Meeting a defence industry conference will take place with the participation of small and medium sized enterprises and defence institutes which will examine ways for trilateral cooperation in the fields of research and technology.

The Ministers will also meet the Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades.
