Cyprus’ trade deficit estimated at Euros 304,4 mn in July

The deficit in Cyprus foreign trade in the seventh month of the year is estimated at Euros 304,4 mn, down by Euros 25,2 million compared to the same month last year, when the deficit stood at Euros 329,6 million.

On the basis of preliminary estimates of the Statistical Service for the foreign trade of Cyprus in July 2016, total imports / arrivals were Euros 456,6 mn, of which Euros 336,0 mn were arrivals from other member states of EU and Euros 120,6 mn imports from third countries.

Total exports/dispatches were Euros 152,2 mn of which Euros 66,2 mn were dispatches to other member states of EU and Euros 86,0 mn exports to third countries.
