Cyprus President in Brussels for EU-CELAC Summit

Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides departs for Brussels on Monday to attend the EU - CELAC (Countries of the Latin America and the Caribbean) Summit to take place 17-18 July.

A presidency press release says that this is the third EU-CELAC Summit and leaders will discuss among other things, issues related to the economy, the green and digital transition, trade and investments and, in general, the strengthening of cooperation and strategic relationship between the EU and CELAC.

President Christodoulides will be accompanied to Brussels by the Deputy Director of his Diplomatic Office Doros Venezis.
