Cypruss relations with Israel do not affect the island’s traditional historical and political relations with Palestine but, on the contrary, they are useful to resolve problems that exist between them, House Speaker Demetris Syllouris, said Sunday after meeting the Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah, in Ramallah.

We conclude that the historical and political relations between Cyprus and the Palestinians must be translated into practical results in all areas and this can be achieved through a specific program Syllouris noted after meeting Hamdallah.
