Cyprus, Greece, Egypt and France FMs to discuss Cyprus problem and E. Mediterranean in Athens

The Cyprus problem and developments in the Eastern Mediterranean are among the issues to be discussed during a quadrilateral Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus, Greece, Egypt and France, that will take place on Friday in Athens.

According to a press release issued by the Foreign Ministry in Nicosia, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Christodoulides, will travel to Athens on Friday morning, to participate in the first quadrilateral Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus, Greece, Egypt and France, together with his counterparts, Nikos Dendias, Sameh Shoukry and Jean-Yves Le Drian, respectively.

During the Meeting, it says, talks are expected to focus on regional developments in the Eastern Mediterranean and the broader Middle East, the situation in Libya and the Sahel region, the Cyprus problem, as well as EU-Egypt relations.
