Cyprus Foreign Affairs Minister Nikos Christodoulides had a meeting with his Spanish counterpart José Manuel Albares Bueno noting that they both stand to gain from increased cooperation.
“Delighted to welcome my Spanish colleague @jmalbares to #Cyprus, to continue the open talks we had in #Spain last week,” Christodoulides wrote on Twitter.
“As like-minded countries of European south, bound by strong ties of friendship & converging interests, both Cyprus and Spain stand to gain from increased cooperation,” he added.
In the meantime, in a tweet the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs also refers to the meeting between the two FMs adding that Albares will also visit UNF
