Cyprus’ Minister of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth Prodromos Prodromou agreed with the Minister of Higher Education and Research of Egypt, Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, to sign a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of Higher Education and Research between the two countries.
