Cooperation agreement to spread the culture of self-employment between Asharqia Chamber and Monshaat

In the presence of the Prince of the Eastern Region His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Emir of the Eastern Region, His Royal Highness Ahmed bin Fahad bin Salman, HE Minister of Commerce and Investment Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi, the President of the Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi and the Governor of the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises Engineer Saleh bin Ibrahim Al Rasheed, Asharqia Chamber and the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monshaat) signed yesterday (3/4/2019) a cooperation agreement to spread the culture of entrepreneurship and the support and development of small and medium enterprises through raising its contribution to economic development and its participation in achieving the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Under the agreement signed by the Secretary General of Asharqia Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel and the Deputy Governor of the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “Monshaat” for Planning and Development Sami Al Husseini, the two sides agreed to cooperate and coordinate efforts with the different and effective committees within Asharqia Chamber in the field of entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprises in all sectors, events, exhibitions, conferences, symposia, etc.

This agreement comes within the framework of the efforts exerted by Asharqia Chamber for the care, support and development of small and medium enterprises, which is including training programs, consultations and specialized seminars, as well as the activities carried out by the Councils of Young businessmen and businesswomen.
