Consultations for establishment of a hepatology clinic in Cyprus in collaboration with the University General Hospital of Larissa

Health Minister, Michalis Hadjipantela, discussed during a visit in Athens, with his Greek counterpart, Thanos Plevris, the procedure for the establishment of a hepatology clinic in Cyprus, in cooperation with the University Hospital of Larissa.

During a meeting that took place on Friday, Hadjipantela discussed with Plevris and other officials, the procedure for the creation of a hepatology clinic in Cyprus and agreed on launching consultations between the two parties for preparing a memorandum of cooperation, to be signed in the near future, a Health Ministry press release says.

The two Ministers, the press release adds, expressed their satisfaction, because the creation of a hepatology clinic in Cyprus, announced last month during a charity sports event, is about to get underway, β€œand will help enhance the quality of services patients with liver disease receive.”
