Cyprus’ economy grows in third quarter, according to CyStat and Eurostat

The GDP growth rate in real terms during the third quarter of 2018 is positive and is estimated at 3.6% over the corresponding quarter of 2017, the Statistical Service of Cyprus reported on Wednesday. Furthermore, Eurostat said seasonally adjusted GDP rose by 0.2% in the euro area (EA19), by 0.3% in the EU28 and by 0.7% in Cyprus during the third quarter of 2018, compared with the previous quarter.
