Europe has a duty to contribute to the settlement of the Cyprus problem which constitutes an open wound on its own body, Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades said on Wednesday, addressing the European Parliament plenary in Strasbourg, in the framework of the debate on the Future of Europe. The President also replied to questions by MEPs on the Cyprus problem, the government’s economic policy and Cyprus’ Investment Programme.
