Government labour force increases 2.2% in 2018

According to a press release by the Statistical Service of Cyprus, in December 2018 the government labour force increased by 1.107 persons (2.2%) in comparison to the corresponding month of 2017 and reached 51,846 persons.

Production in Construction increases in 2018

According to data released by the Statistical Service of Cyprus, the Index of Production in Construction for the third quarter of 2018 reached 177.1 units (base year 2015=100,0), recording an increase of 24.3% over the third quarter of 2017.
