Minister Kasoulides, in turn, stressed that Cyprus cannot stand idle watching Lebanon under the threat of terrorism without taking action, saying Cyprus fully understands the immense impact endured by Lebanon as a result of the huge influx of Syrian refugees into its territories.

He pledged that he shall work at the technical side to secure trade exchange between Lebanon and the European Union through eliminating bureaucratic measures that hinder such exchange.
