Ali Ozcil and ?hsan Erol Ozcil Deliver a Talk at the EMU Tourism Faculty

A talk took place on Tuesday, the 26th of November 2019 aimed towards Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Tourism Faculty, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts program students. The talk which took place at the Tourism Faculty was delivered by Doyen Chef Ali Ozcil and Food Engineer, Wine and Gastronomy Expert Ihsan Erol Ozcil. At the talk also attended by EMU Tourism Faculty Vice-Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Ozturen, Ali Ozcil and Ihsan Erol Ozcil promoted their book titled Adamizin Lezzetleri (Flavors of Our Island).

They Provided Occupational Advice

Ali Ozcil and Ihsan Erol Ozcil have contributed to Cyprus’s rich and historic cuisine being promoted all over the world. During the talk, Chef Ali Ozcil and Food Engineer, Wine and Gastronomy Expert Ihsan Erol Ozcil touched upon the work they are carrying out in the field of gastronomy and provided EMU Tourism Faculty students with occupational advice. The talk highlighted that a gastronomy education makes it easy for students to find work after graduation and that gastronomy is a financially attractive profession.
